Refund policy

At Móno Esý, we take pride in the quality of every product we deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return request.

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided at the time of shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product upon receipt and raise any concerns within the stipulated window.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions. The item must be unworn and unwashed. It must be in its original condition with no stains, odours, or signs of use. All original tags must be intact and attached. The item must be returned in its original packaging wherever possible. A valid proof of purchase such as an order ID or invoice must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Any item returned after the 7-day window. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items. Items with removed or tampered tags. Accessories including tumblers, enamel mugs, tote bags, notebooks, and bucket hats. Items purchased during any sale or promotional event unless received damaged or defective. Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is simple. Visit account.monoesy.in and log in to your account. Navigate to My Orders and select the order you wish to return. Click Initiate Return and follow the on-screen instructions. Select your reason for return and upload clear photographs of the item. Once submitted, our team will review your request within 2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive packaging and drop-off or pickup instructions via email.

Please do not ship items back before receiving approval confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be processed and will be returned to the sender.

5. Return Handling Fee

A flat handling fee of ₹149 will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing. This fee covers return logistics, quality inspection, and miscellaneous processing costs. This fee is non-negotiable and non-waivable except in cases where you received a damaged item, a wrong item, or a product with a manufacturing defect. In any of the above cases the ₹149 fee is completely waived and a full refund or replacement will be arranged at no cost to you.

6. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method including UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take an additional 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your account. Original shipping charges are not refundable. The ₹149 handling fee will be deducted before processing the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@monoesy.in with your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. Upon verification we will offer either a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement of the item at no additional cost. The ₹149 handling fee is fully waived in all such cases and no return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately. We recommend referring to our detailed size chart before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at support@monoesy.in. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and must go through the standard return process.

10. Important Notes

Móno Esý reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice.
